Jiggydoo, this is a very good acquisition target. Everything is in place ......... permits, government support, off takes, logistics .............. etc. It looks like the LOI is further along than one would think at first glance. The roll back and placement suggests the group is taking a significant position prior to terms being finalized. Once closed and the production facility planning and build is underway ......... this will have a $100 million market cap.
