Had that expenditure never occurred we would not know about the brutal rape of Juanita Broaderick. Would never know it happened.

Ken Starr was trying to bring out the facts. Although he could not prosecute Clinton for the rape due to the same technicality that protects Franken (statute of limitations) the facts did come out.

Unwanted touching or kissing is one thing, but rape and the associated battery is something else altogether.
