You want my honest opinion??

I won't believe it until I see it. And the SEC only administratively halted RMIL for 10 days. They have no authority for completely halting the trading or extending it even further, unless further transgressions became apparent.

Once the 10 day halt is over, it is up to the company to provide the information to the mmkrs that will meet the requirements of 15c2-11. After the form is filed, an NASD analyst reviews the application. Thus will often begin a back and forth shuffle as analyst sends back the application to the mmkrs, who provide more information and resubmit... and again, and again.

It all comes down to whether or not the SEC gives a nod to resumption of trading in this stock, and they aren't really prone to talk to us "civilians"

Regards,

Ron
