Stock Watcher.....I think you are wrong when you say that the company dosen't care about the stock price.....you have to remember that lots of folks within the company have stock options....if they are worthless....employees have little insentive to stay if they are offered another job elsewhere. Plus it's not good for employee moral in general. dave
