Yes, that's why they pass tax cuts. They hope to destroy our finance with debt (Google "starve the beast") so they can then justify destroying everything Democrats gave us from Social Security to Medicare to Medicaid to the ACA.

They basically say, "look at us, we bankrupted the country so now you have to cut spending."
