I am not saying that!!

I am saying the mind can be developed far beyond what most people think.

Just look at how much more civilized we are today than the last century , or the century before that.

20 century we had segregation and women could not vote. 19th century we had slavery. 18th century we had first fully functioning democracy. 17th century there were no democracies and women were chattel.

All of that intellectual growth is due to education!
