That is not a conversion. They decommissioned old fab 2, and built new fab 2 very recently. In any event, WDC has already stated that without Fab 6 output they cannot meet their bit growth projections, or their technical roadmap, in 2020 and beyond. WDC already knows the current fabs won't supply what they need, regardless of any conversions that may take place.
