The US should be partnering with Musk to install his Tesla battery technology in Puerto Rico to completely rethink power service for the island.

Pattern Energy has a wind turbine farm on the island that was undamaged by the hurricane, but has sat idle because of the antiquated grid structure it feeds into..... add Musk's tecnology, bury the high power lines, and they will be a changed society/economy.
