The only way to not be born in the cave is if a child is born to enlightened parents who understand the illusion of life and teach said illusion to the child so they can know it exists. That means being raised in an existential household, simply put. We can't do much about the illusion, but just knowing we exist in it is the key. IMO. <<Good question... I don't have a good simple answer... but I don't think I ever entered the cave, so didn't need to find a way out
