I've been dealing with an outfit called Mohawk Memory Co., in Maynard, MA. I just got a quote from them for 64MB DIMMS (5v, buffered) suitable for use in a PowerWave 604 (Mac Clone). Try $144 each.

They're really nice to deal with, too. Very reasonable and accomodating. Call 800-986-6429 and ask for Vinnie. Tell them I sent you.

Only caveat is that their website tends to lag a little behind actual prices, so when you call they can be either higher or lower. But the URL is mohawkmen.com
