On the subject of topics, i thought Delbert might want to discuss the death penalty, pro & con. Interesting possibilities.
To sum up my opinion on it, use the OJ Simpson case as an example. If Simpson committed those murders, he should be executed, because, as God said, life for life.
However, I do not believe the Simpson trial should ever have been convened. Why? Because there were not at least two eyewitnesses, not even one eyewitness, which God's law also requires.
No eyewitnesses - therefore, if he's guilty, its God's affair to handle, since God could easily have arranged for two or more eyewitnesses.
I don't have any emotional involvment in these considerations, by the way.
