I just took an online Angular 5 (released last week by Google) programming course for $10.00. 28 hours of content and hands on demos that I can replay for life. I do not know one University offering the course and the costs will likely be in the tens of thousands in a full University.

When the University finally gets such a course we will likely be at Angular 8
