China already has a computer with more computing power than a human brain; and this will multiply in power and complexity thousands, millions of times going forward and humans will not be able to keep up.

And looking at the level of simplistic thinking that got Trump elected, too many of us are not prepared for the singularity.

Hell, we're not prepared for sane government-lol.

Man can outsmart any machine... to do so will require some gene splicing to release the full potential of the brain. Elon Musk raises a lot of $'s by fear mongering. And I'm not so impressed with Hawking. World has passed him by. He needs to get an Alexa or Google Assistant... he sounds like a 1970's Davros... but I guess that his gimmick. Maybe National Health wont upgrade him.
