I did not hear him "endorse" the child molester. In fact, ultra far-left Slate said:

"Although Trump hasn’t flat out endorsed Moore, this is not the first time he has effectively done so by harshly criticizing his opponent."

So, in Democrat newspeak, criticizing Moore's opponent is an endorsement of Moore.
