Oh yes there is. How do you explain the widespread traitorous activity of Obama plants within the administration. There were so many leaks when Trump took over that he couldn't have a private conversation without it showing up on CNN the next day. Then on top of that two former FBI Directors are trying to take down the elected President from Day 1. This is not the way a functioning Democracy is supposed to work. When the people elect someone, the members of the bureaucracy are supposed to "serve at the pleasure of the President" not subvert him at every turn. If that isn't traitorous deep state, then at the least it is active subversion.
