It strikes me that we need information on foreign reserve holdings of European countries on a near real-time basis. Of course, Soros can always have a little chat with the relevant finance ministers. I suspect we will be stuck with more conventional sources. I would hate to have to rely on rumours circulating in the Financial Times or over the net. How does one get access to this information?
