Hi R,

sound wisdom from you as always... My suspicion of this one particular house ithat is owned by a Trust of
a wife who passed away. The husband is 79 and they are the original owners of a property in Bensenville,
Illinois.. And the original owners of the property in question in the southern state.

The Husband and wife were the original property in "snowbird" location.

they have property in other states especially the winter "snowbird " Locals. All the family and relative are up
in the greater Chicago area . The last name is Frazen, which is not quite so common...... and there is
even a Frazen street in one of the little Chicago hamlets....

It's not a tax law that is the reason the property is on the market.

It's that the one of the children uses the property Or someone comes by on occasion and is happy to be \trying to "sell " it ... but there is no motivation at all to sell.... but the other heirs to the property would
like it liquidated but .... the individual controlling the situation is happy with the status quo...

It's a nuanced situation. As is much of life.

John
