Not tax-loss selling, imo.
Profit taking by swing traders who bought below a loonie from end of July through mid November.
I estimate about 2 million longs that could be looking to cash out, with more than half already ringing the cash register.

The incline slope is too steep - a triple in six days needs a healthy pause or correction.
Should be decent support in the 80s if it dips that low.
On the positive side, with the release of the PFS, the less risky speculators will be establishing positions.
