A few very good points indeed.

You said "they're losing the proceeds of equity sales". Do you mean
they're selling more shares to raise money? I know the outstanding
shares are increasing, but I thought it's due to merger/acquisitions.
Its cash flow is positive, and take out the "goodwill", if we so to
call it, the book value is still increasing.
