EXTRACT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL HELD IN RIORROI OF VILIA ON 14 NOVEMBER ZOrZ AT 7:0

WHEREAS this request as presented to the Municipality contains anomalies and errors of fact;

WHEREAS this request as presented contains elements that do not comply with the zoning by-law, nor with the urban plan of the Municipality

WHEREAS the Council authorizes the Director General and the Mayor to take back the said file in order to cancel the application process;

CONSEQUENTLY it is moved by Ron Moran and resolved by Council to authorize the Director General Mr. Jean-François Bertrand and the Mayor Mr. Tom Arnold to begin the necessary steps to recover the entire file as soon as possible;
