Nothing that was not expected. The first thing they say is it does not comply. It does, there municipal Plan and Bylaws are not in compliance with each other. Judge has already ruled in our favour. In fact Le Gris was going to appeal the Judges ruling,on the 28Feb so this is not unexpected they would try to stop the process as if they run the process.

As far as CCB mentioning anything about this, the Council has made a request to withdraw their approval based on something they have already lost on, in court. So the mere fact that Councillor Le Gris did the leg work for CCB is somewhat amusing. We site the court ruling. The application is not there's to withdraw. Until a decision is made by Prov of Quebec, its a request that's all.

The mere fact they are trying to withdraw an approval based on non compliance will just get them fed their own Le Gris Injunction ruling. So not sure why they are approaching it that way.
