CCB distributed a news release when the prior council recommended the application. You would think it's as equally newsworthy to put out a statement that this recommendation has been revoked.
The resolution of the GSLR council is 2,weeks old and yet CCB has not taken official notice nor altered its website where it claims it has support of council.
In the past 2 weeks the stock traded as if the status quo existed when in fact there has been a strong suggestion of a change in the official position of the elected council.
