Its the same argument Le Gris used in his injuction. He stated that the old council had no right to sign the approval because it did not comply with the zoning bylaws and Planning Act. The judge said you are wrong and ruled against him. This is just another way to try to stop the project. We just site the Judges ruling. Le Gris did all the leg work for us by launching the Injunction. Nothing is easy today, its always a fight.
