As I pointed out in my earlier message, Samsung increased cell size. SanShiba not so much. But I was not comparing 3D to 2D. Yes, the 1st node of 3D is more reliable than the last node of 2D, but this changes as the roadmap marches forward. And doesn't speak much for the last node of 2D.
