Walt I think everybody is running scared over the complete market scene from asia to Texas. Axle has had fair volume the last few days while going down. Sellers out number buyers, but I am not sure why. I do not think the tax season and the Touluca Pac. thing has any thing to do with it. I have been searching for answers. May be a good time to give Scott Beechie a call. I am concerned about their legal difficulties and investigations. HUD and IRS, as well as the case mentioned in the Dec. year end SEC filing. I cannot see any problems with HUD and the IRS, but the other case I know nothing about except the filing. First quarter earnings should be within the next few weeks. Maybe they will shed some light. I hate to just keep buying and watching how dumb I have been. Better days must come. I hope Ed
