The alleged victim in Franken's case accepted his apology and didn't want an investigation into it.
Let me get this straight.

Al Franken didn't grope anyone.

And the only girl he groped didn't flinch, so it's not sexual assault.

And she accepted his apology for the grope that wasn't sexual assault, so it's all good.

Wow, the #SharkieRule just keeps getting better and better.
