I think it is clear that Mike Kugler dislikes this stock I also think it is clear he is a broker. But where is the beef. Brokers are allowed to dislike stocks and speak out about it. He is clear he thinks this co. is a scam. So if people sell on his word I think he may have some liability as well as his employer. Why dont you jsut look at it as a safety net. If the company is not a scam and the stock tanks sue them. If it goes up you have nothing to sue for. If it goes down and it is a scam he was right and you have no grounds for a suit. If you are confident it is not a scam then you cant lose. Joe
