Shareholder #2 is right here. I will gladly give Dennis my votes.

Anyone who has followed this board has to admire Dennis. He has demonstrated excellent saavy and has my certainly has earned my confidence and trust. I cannot say the same for Mr. Berman.

Baird, you has posted...
<<< I think Berman and company have a "dealing" mentality rather than an operational sense of how to growing and run the company. You see this in their quickness to make deals, announce opportunistic financing, sell puts, etc. >>>

You hit the nail on the head! They did a secondary in Oct 96 for no other reason than to take advantage of the lofty stock price. Four month later, in Feb 1997, they commence a stock buy back program. Once the stock price returned to all time highs, they announce the debt issue. Now that the stock price is depressed, they increase the share buy back program and cancell the bond issue. Obviously I want the RAIN BOD to increase shareholder value. Perhaps this can best be done my focusing on the product we are selling and not being preoccupied with the stock price. Run the business properly and the stock price will take care of itself.
