Theoretically, Trump could now sue Dowd for legal malpractice. Having your client tweet something incriminating on his own twitter account .... what could be worse representation than that? Of course, it's a preposterous lie. Trump incriminated himself on twitter and the only way his lawyer can get him off the hook he put himself on is by saying "I did it and I made a mistake." Trump has tweeted tens of thousands of times and this is the first one someone else claimed to have written. Doesn't John Dowd remember that John Dean, another President's lawyer ended up going to prison?
