9.4% New Highs on the NYSE. I heard earlier today that the S&P 500 had basically 20% New Highs going. These are excellent numbers but it is not at all what is happening on the NASDAQ. I added a new chart below showing the cumulative up and down volume on the NASDAQ below. RtS
