OK. Share questions. I think you can assume that the 6+ million issued to buy into this deal is safe and sound and will not hit the market anytime soon -- but then -- what do I know? The real question is the 2.3 million. Here is what Tyson told another of our investors whom I am in very close contact. (He is my partner actually) "Talked with Tyson. The 6M+ shares restricted under rule 144 are separate from the 2.3M shares issued under rule 504. Of the 2.3M rule 504 shares only .5M (app.) have been issued. The other 1.8 are "subscribed" and will be issued shortly. The 2.3M shares are going to officers, directors, supliers, and others with a vested interest in the company." This seems to me to be a good sign. These guys are very serious about making money, but they are not too worried about us current shareholders. Big picture we should be great -- short term -- who knows.
