After speaking with some friends in Japan, I am reducing my one year target price to $53. WDC is in a stranglehold and will take the actions that they must in order to survive. I see margins declining significantly, and debt service becoming a problem at a future point in time. This would explain why they recently took some proactive action to bring the debt down. The writing is on the wall for anyone daring to read it.
