Where is the cash coming from to do this deal? What is the secret sauce of this venture? Deal is not done yet from my read of the NR... due diligence and terms to be finalized from my quick read... how does company know it will be highly accretive?... applause seems a bit premature to me... but good luck and i hope this works out for investors...
