More fake news out of Japan tonight: finance.yahoo.com The supposed agreement is in direct contravention to what both WDC and Toshiba have said. WDC has said it will not drop its arbitration claim in order to invest in Fab 6, and Toshiba has said they have never asked WDC to drop the claim. As usual, the article cite unnamed "sources with direct knowledge of the talks" Tune in next week, same bat time, same bat channel, for the same fake news.
