That's not a change in my story. I'm talking about the same thing in both sentences. A mentally ill person would contest his removal from office so it would have to be done against his will. And it's hard to imagine the 25th amendment being used on anyone but a mentally/emotionally disturbed President since it has to be triggered by his own VP and a majority of his Cabinet.

You would leave a madman in charge of the nation and call it a coup d'etat to set him aside.
