Neil,

I believe we are approaching a possible turning point, but it can't happen automatically. There has to be a material improvement in the fundamental picture. I'm still in this turkey and feel that the turn could be positive. RP and company are probably waiting on W-98. With a little luck there will be a decent product to appear. It seems as though management is holding back or in trouble in the development of products. My bet is on the former, but management's recent history dictates a very small bet. JMHO
