TetraTech came out with the timeline not CCB. If anyone was wrong it was TetraTech. Second issue is, timelines based on bureaucrats and Governments rarely work out anyway and you know it. So if you are going to blame people for missing timelines look who originated them. Sorry to say this Clinteroo, but with every post you are displaying the typical "it was someone else's fault, I bought this stock". If you are looking for someone to blame, look in the mirror. If this gets sorted out and we get our permit, I have no doubt you will tell your friends how brilliant you were to pick the winner. Try to quit whining, that would be a great start.
