Those don't help your case that Iran drives crude oil prices. The sanctions that hurt Iran's oil production only began in 2011 and ended January 2016 and they only reduced Iran's production by about a million bpd.

Look at this chart - set at 10 yrs - and you'll see that prices bottomed out about the same time Iranian sanctions were lifted and prices have RISEN since then. The exact opposite of your initial claim.
