Bill, You wrote, "You may remember that the news of Australia's sales was announced well after the actual sales. As I understand it, that is the rule rather than the exception in central bank moves." This being true and noted, when we here of upcoming sales by CB's, can we assume that they may never happen? It would seem to be within their mass logic.
