The wars also created the "war premium." You see, republicans took us to war to create terrorism after the USSR collapsed and to get oil prices as high as possible. We kinda know this since they stayed in that war long after their lies about WMD were exposed. Dumb people who support them were too dumb to know why it was okay to lie about a reason for war and then stay in the war after the lie was exposed.
