Syros a fail. KALA has decent odds from what I've heard, but I've done no research, so . . . No position. However, they face a challenging marketplace even if they succeed: not sufficiently differentiated from VRX's Lotemax. Might investigate KALA more deeply for a short if it pops on data. Cheers, Tuck
