VistaGen (VTGN) up 150%+ on a patent issuance. Wow! I vetted this as a charity pick, but I've forgotten everything I knew (hey, it's been a year). No opinion, but my reflex would be to short it on this kind of silliness.

Had I taken even a cursory revisit, I would have seen the need for money and actually shorted it. Off 34% today on financing.
