Just to update you all. Since I had the City Of Richmond Tax Assement on line already, I had her forward me to Planning & Permits. You Know I was quite "surprised to find" no application as of 3:15 Fri, Pacific Time had been applied for.
I also talked to someone at "11631 Twigg Place... Northwest Autoparts" which is right next door...for you folks that have been to the site and for those that haven't,.... well you decide. Anyway he said it was very quiet at the adjacent lot. I took it upon myself to let him know that "all HELL" was gonna break loose sometime next week with construction. Contrary to the "fact" there is Absolutely no permitting in place nor has there been any Development proposal's or Application for such, filed with the City of Richmond.
I get the feeling I misinformed that poor fellow at Northwest.

Keep dangling the carrot so to speak! I can appreciate your recent Bullishness on Thermo, but with the Asian flu and people asked to sell there gold to help...Somehow I feel waste won't be a priority. Not too favourable at this point in time. However I hear Europe will lead the world in Economic Growth over the next few years. A Thermo win on the 16th will see Rene move on this "Gem" quicker than the top came off Mount St Helen's.
However a Trooper win on the 16th may or may not be good for thermo... But it would give the technology the exposure to the world it deserves. I find it hard to believe that the Technology is now just finely ready to go when it was Licensed to Tpp back in Oct 1992 with provisions in the License for many to make Improvements. Can you imagine the frustration for Tpp... Although being that TTrif is the parent company, you probably would'nt want your Licensee to outperform you in your own back yard... So I can see both sides.
Dave could the week of the 19th be a safer entry point? But getting back to your questions. I believe Izzy summed it up rather well with this recent post to Mike...
