I'll just call your attention to what ISN'T in the Constitution. What you desire there to be ... a standard. The decision is up to the people in those positions to make. That so many have to agree is to keep the 25th Amendment from being used lightly..

Yes, but there's no standard for determining that. Either in the document or out in psychiatric journals. It's always a judgment call.

Although the standard is determined by others, there has to be a standard and it cannot be an arbitrary one.

It's always arbitrary. We can't scan someone's head and see something physical that proves mental unfitness for office. We can't do a blood or urine test.

The only standards in the psych world are checklists of questions ... and when you apply those to Trump, you find he meets the criteria of being a malignant narcissist.
