Rod, You're right - there are significant challenges ahead for INTC but it will be fought on the turf of the server class cpu makers. NT has been out for a while on multiple platforms but has started to take off only after the widespread availability of the P-Pros. The implications are tough times ahead for the traditional server guys. SGI and DEC will be the first to face bad times (as they already appear to be doing). SUNW is the strongest of the lot but expect it to come under pressure too as Compaq, Dell and other PC makers start bringing PC economies and prices to their traditional strongholds, Best Wishes, - MJ
