Trillium has proposed that, once the handcuffs are off, macrophages/monocytes can process antigen and present it to T cells. This, in turn, would lead to specific responses to the tumor-ass'd antigen.

Car-ts are armed with specificity. ADCs are armed with specificity. Etc.

Macrophages and monocytes are NOT, and you can activate them all you like and never get them to show specificity.... they do their job indiscriminately. But pseudo-progression has been a hallmark of specific reactions, largely T cell-mediated specific reactions. Five prior CD20-based regimens... our 62 year old guy (01052) got rituximab, but it's likely that the PP was a result of 621 admin.

Figure 4 is beautiful.

Good sign here, major biological response in skin, sezary cells not touched.....

And it's clear that sezary cells are going poof in the periphery or being sequestered. Trillium would have us believe that T cells are Ag-sensitized in the skin and having a direct cytotoxic effect on the leukemic cells?? Day seven is a little fast. But conceivable. I can't find anything on the half life of a sezary cell. They're transformed, so....

Where is twitter when we need it? Everybody went out drinking, and skipped the poster when it was actually attended?? Hours of questions!
