We both hope it does not stray too far below the $1 mark for too long.

My comment on the lack of interest in LCAV is on the buy side. The stock in this company has never really been widely distributed. I don't think many investors at all have heard of LCAV. Also the whole sector is currently crushed.

For every share sold someone is buying so someone must be accumulating a major position in LCAV. Such a buyer would want to see all confidence lost and the stock dumped.

IMHO LCAV is not your typical HYPE stock. It is a real company with a real product. I figure I will have to hold it for a few YEARS to get the real gain out of it. (5-10 times the $) Remember the principal running the co. has major skin (40%+ ownership) in the game. His background is impressive and he has spent a lifetime getting this company going.

One concern I had as a small lot retail buyer, is that I was able to buy on the bid. My read on this is that the market makers were overwhelmed and where happy to pass stock being sold through to any buyer. Not a good short-term sign. Also a little wierd is my buy order got filled in small lots of 12? and 18? and 27?? shares. I wonder if the small lots were SUMMIT holders liquidating their recent dividend within my brokerage?

Do you know exactly what day the physical shares of LCAV were/are delivered to the SUMMIT shareholders?

It is difficult to tell the trade volumes on NASDAQ because both the buy and the sell get counted as volume.

Remember as the U.S. Population ages a lot of eyes are going to go bad.

Take care. Rob J.
