For anyone looking to play a potential agreement at this point, January '20 90 calls are a reasonable play. They can be sold at a small loss if last week's low is broken, and have reasonable upside IF an acceptable agreement can be put in place. Would avoid equity purchases at this time. Too many cooks in the kitchen, and still too much downside risk.
