I feel with the latest trends of younger users without a desktop and primarily using their phone or maybe a laptop, the knowledge level of the average computer user is quickly declining.

I can remember so many high level computer coders at Microsoft who knew absolutely nothing about computer hardware, they were using everyday.

The main reason is the money is in programing not hardware
