To all, It seems that the only discussion recently has been about whether or not the stock has been delisted, stock price, how much I or someone else paid for CAWS, mostly meaningless banter. Should not our goal be to understand what is going on with this company? Solve the mystery of CAWS? After all, management has kept us completely in the dark. This spells either something very good or complete disaster. There won't be any in between. That said, where do we start? There are enough brains on this thread to figure this out. Good, knowledgeable people. The FCC hearings underway regarding wireless will turn out favorably for CAWS. They wouldn't be having the hearings in the first place. This is a government of the 1990's, that is complete deregulation and free competition in all industries. There has not been an adverse ruling against deregulation in a long time. Just look at trucking, airlines, utilities, banking, brokerage, you name it, all favorable to business.

You begin by finding out, who is this "investor" that provided the recent funds for CAWS. That is the secret to this puzzle. We are entitled to know who this is. After all aren't we the owners of the collateral for these funds.
